ips on what to expect 

  • Do not eat a large meal two to three hours before your session.
  • It’s best not to be hungry so it’s okay to have a piece of fruit or light snack.
  • Wear comfortable clothing so you can move easily. No special yoga clothing is required.
  • Have water available.
  • Have your own mat or use one of ours
  • Together we review your current life style and discuss your expectations and goals
  • First session with Joanne Thompson, Private Yoga Instructor, generally runs from 75 to 90 minutes
