New to Private Yoga Sessions? Here are a few tips on what to expect
- Do not eat a large meal two to three hours before your session.
- It’s best not to be hungry so it’s okay to have a piece of fruit or light snack.
- Wear comfortable clothing so you can move easily. No special yoga clothing is required.
- Have water available.
- Have your own mat or use one of ours
- Together we review your current life style and discuss your expectations and goals
- First session with Joanne Thompson, Private Yoga Instructor, generally runs from 75 to 90 minutes
