On Wednesday, July 24th, plan to attend my workshop Manage Your Breath, Manage Your Life which is being offered through Colorado Free University. You will learn simple breathing techniques handed down over thousands of years from ancient India that will help manage your thoughts, feelings and life. Discover the four parts of the breath and how practicing them can impact your energy level and emotional state, bringing calm, focus, stress reduction and increased energy. We will use simple yoga movements but no prior yoga experience is necessary. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
